African Americans & Hypertension Management

On Tuesday October 18th at 6pm PST, join the Multicultural Health Foundation (MHF) for an engaging and informational virtual discussion led by MHF President Dr. Rodney Hood. As part of the Heart & Soul Connection Program, this in-depth conversation will review the causes of hypertension and high blood pressure while taking a closer look at how health disparities have caused hypertension to become one of the leading causes of death among  African Americans. Dr. Hood will also discuss best practices for managing and reducing hypertension and high blood pressure.
