On Sunday October 23, 2022, we will celebrate the 6th Annual San Diego Hip Hop Health & Wellness 5K & Festival. Our two-part event will serve thousands of individuals to engage in physical fitness, community pride, team building, and raise awareness for our top three identified health priorities. Those three are: blood and autoimmune diseases, mental health and community enrichment. This mission will be accomplished in person and virtually.
