Because of the current triple viral threat (RSV, FLU & COVID), please get your FLU vaccine.
You can receive both COVID & FLU vaccines on the same day. Please protect yourself and your family this season.

- Blood pressure, Blood sugar, cholesterol, A1c, HIV, Hep-C,
- FREE breast exams, Mammogram screening, breast education
- Medical consultation available to discuss your health and test results
- Health education and dietary education
- FLU Vaccines available for anyone 6 months and older
- COVID vaccines & boosters for anyone 6 months and older
- COVID Bivalent boosters for anyone 5 years and older
- $20 gift card for anyone who receives a COVID vaccine or booster
- FREE Rapid COVID test – results within 15-20 minutes
- Mpox vaccines available
- Raffle prizes given every 30 minutes throughout the health fair
